Port Nixon is the second location related with the story in The Surge 2. You'll unlock it after you talk to Eli at Jericho Seaside Court. Port Nixon is also connected with such locations as Terminal Z and the Atomic power plant. Cultivists at level 2 and 3 dominate in this location. Also, there are large amounts of acid too.

Road from Seaside Court

You'll get to Port Nixon via Jericho Seaside Court during a mission for the Brotherhood. You'll find an audiolog on your way. Follow the road down until you reach a MedBay.

From here, follow the side passage to the sewers. In order to get rid of the turrets, it is worth using a drone that can destroy them with one shot. The turrets may also hit enemies that will stand in the line of fire.

After moving through the pipe, head towards the crack in the wall (1). Defeat or bypass several enemies located there and take the stairs by the wall. If you prefer, you can try to defeat one enemy at the bottom (2) - but be careful as he is level 3.

Flooded Ground

Now you are on the Flooded Ground. Collect the vision from afar to get a new fast-paced weapon (like in the screen) - Vibrating Quick Scythe. Move between enemies and turrets:

1. on the right side of the wall there is a descent to the Underworld - so far you are not interested in this location,
2. next, behind the chemicals on the right side, you'll unlock a shortcut.
3. Head for the concrete pipe straight ahead.

The first way to the terminal

From this point on, the game becomes a bit more difficult. First, you have to get rid of armored enemy downstairs, behind the pipe. Then go up the stairs on the right side: move to a small arena (Terminal Z - Outer Court) (1). Defeat all enemies and use the console at the edge to unlock the bridge (2). It's just a little bit of a way from here to fight the boss..

Second way to the terminal

The second way is slightly more preferred because it is easier and has a faster shortcut to the boss arena with MedBay than the first solution [previous screenshot (3).

As before, head to Terminal Z - Outer Court, but this time jump down behind it. There is a narrow passage underneath the arena: you'll find a lot of enemies, but weak ones.

Turn left and follow the stairs to the top (2). You will be just behind the gate, where you would have arrived on the first route. Go straight ahead first, where you see a blue light and you will unlock a shortcut (1).

Shortcut to boss

Go upstairs behind the gate, where another opponent is waiting for you. By jumping down on the left (2), you will enter the boss arena. Before that, you must destroy the crates on the right (1) and reach the end of the path. You'll unlock a direct route here to the arena with a MedBay.

Boss - Little Johnny

To eliminate this main boss of Terminal Z area, you must destroy all the coolant tanks on his body. There are five of them: two on the front of the robot, protected by small arms, and three on the limbs. In this battle it is worth to use a fast weapon with a long attack distance.

Tanks on the robot's legs are easier to destroy, so I recommend to start with the more difficult ones - at the front of the opponent. Use a drone to destroy them (in addition to your attacks).

The boss attacks with his small arms at the front and by moving his legs. These attacks are fairly easy to avoid. In addition, it hits the ground with its whole body when you're close, which is also easy to dodge (jump away) - but it's also the best time to attack the front tanks after boss falls to the ground. His legs are easy to destroy, but you must be careful, because sometimes the enemy makes a stomp with the leg you're currently attacking. For this reason, create small quick series of attacks so that you can quickly dodge boss' attacks.

In addition, you have to watch out for two things. The opponent occasionally carries out an attack in which he releases liquid and electric mines into the arena. They are not very dangerous, but it is better not to get paralyzed. Biometals abbreviation. In addition, toxic gas is released from the destroyed tanks on the legs. This is the second reason why it is worth taking care of his legs in the second place.

After this fight you will unlock the EMP-44 - 'Starfish' tool, which is used to deactivate small switches on the walls and is a drone weapon. In the case of opponents, it causes their temporary paralysis and prevents them from taking any action. Use this tool to get out of the arena. Then save the game by using MedBay, as you will soon be fighting against the second boss.

Boss - Eli's brother

Your commissioner, Eli, turned out to be a traitor. Defeat him in a small arena as you head from MedBay to Seaside Court, from where you came to the location. The boss is an easy opponent: he uses three sequences of blows. Each time you move backwards as the enemy starts his sequence of strikes, you don't even have to jump back when you play it right. When you catch the distance at which the enemy finishes his sequence, stand in proper position and launch a counter attack. But don't drag the attack sequence too long: you can always repeat the counterattack.

It gets a little more complicated when you take away half of enemy's health bar and then 75% of his health. He will then summon a support in the form of a single cultist, with whom you have already had a lot of experience. Also, he will set up a turret in the middle of the arena. Be sure to eliminate his add before you continue to fight the boss. After the fight is over, return to Seaside Court.
